Anyone else have their program icons in the program files folder show up very slowly like as if they are loading from top of the page to bottom using file explorer? Most of the time it just loads instantly and I am able to scroll through them.

Sure haven't..sorry Make sure you don't have any actual exe program files in the Windows\start menu\programs folder. Make sure they are all shortcuts to the programs (*.lnk) The exe files are larger and may take more time to load. Shortcuts are obviously much smaller in size and don't take as much to load.
