As far as I know there are just those two autorun files, unless you have added an additional third autorun file with the exact same name. Just search your kitchen for it
Touchflo should be easy enough, just make sure that the Touchflo OEM and Manila OEM are not selected. Can't really make it easier than that. I added my own Rhodium OEM to the kitchen and booted it up without any issues. Touchflo/manila OEMs are not selected in the carrier config files btw.
