There are FAR too many factors in what causes batteries to discharge faster or slower. So a true "do this to test it" isn't there. There are even things that are out of your control that can affect battery life (weather, network maintenance, etc). During your comparisons, I would make sure you are doing the same amount of consumption (# of calls, time on data, # of times XX applications updates, etc) and staying in the same area (with good signal). Make sure the ROMs are basically the same. Programs installed, etc.

Something interesting I read on a forum for other (non-HTC) winmo devices was that a great way to further condition your battery is to let it get extremely low (after a couple critical warning messages) then hard-reset and fully charge it. It could take about 7-8 hours to fully charge off the wall but windows will somehow recognize the true empty and full capacities of the battery then.

Any file an autorun file calls has to be there. So if I called CFG: \windows\mortscript_config.txt it would have to exist. So it would still require overwriting (in other words I would have to have that file blanked out in the carrier package and included in the carrier_config.txt then in mortscript have the file overwrite the one from carrier with the EXEC call then, it would have to go ahead and send itself back... blah.. too touchy. My way is best. Go with it.

Updated OP with download links for 21222 Beta 2. Be sure to read the changelog in the OP as I have changed the pre-built ROM releases. BTW, this SHOULD fix the VZW "No-boots" we had.

I flashed your beta 2 full cdma to my sprint touch pro and something is wrong with the "Menu" button items. Any time i push this in portrait mode for any app that requires it such as phone, google maps, etc... shows up as a single line 1 pixel high with a down arrow below it. When you open the keyboard to make the phone landscape it shows you part of the text but cuts off the right side. Reall makes most stuff almost unusable. Any suggestions?
