I'm not sure what else needs to be done, but it sounds like you still have a vrz PRL loaded. So, have you gone to settings and choosen the Update PRL option? If that doesn't work, then you'll probably need to manual load the PRL. You can get the PRL here http://corolada.com/prl/. 60650 is currently the newest on this site and the one you want.
