how can i get my stylus to work?

i don't think most users are experiencing this. Are there any modifications or anything you did that is preventing proper use.

It stopped working as soon as I flashed to R3BORN, before I installed any cabs.

did you hard reset after you flashed?

Yes, hard reset initially and multiple soft resets after that trying to fix the camera issue.
