Sorry Psyki... I'm on terribly slow "high-speed internet" at my hotel. I should have known better than try to do a ROM update so far from home. I missed your post between mine. I will let it go until it resets on its own. Will let you know shortly.

this may seem to be a stupid question but, is your phone cdma or gsm? this is a cdma only rom
and if so you might try to reflash or download the rom again and reflash

Nope - definitely Sprint/CDMA...

As I type this, she just power cycled on her own. This time, the looping autoshortcut.exe and "..." didn't happen.

Yup... now I see the splash screen (not the starting for first time).

Imust have had a bad flash from the USB. Excellent. panic is over. Thanks to all.

mine went in the endless loop las night on first flash and also when i hard reset, its just a random occurence, let it run , grab a beer or something and itll eventually finish fine, so far this rom has been running excellent as usual

Psyki this Rom is rocking. I do have a question. Did you leave in call screen tweak out of the last couple Roms for a purpose(meaning did it cause some kind of problem) or did you just not want it there anymore. I was going to install it but thought if you left it out because of a problem I would leave it off.

I'm sure it works fine but I was reading about some problems people had with it in the NRG thread so I took it out. I think it was just the default configuration he had but yeah, go for it, I don't use it and just never bothered to set it up.

This is the only Rom I use, but any chance on getting a hotfix on the vibrate and ring not sticking.
