If you take a look at his releases you will get a feel for how often he dishes out a ROM, about twice a month. Not every week so if you need to flash that often you might want to look at another ROM. Hey, Im new to this site but managed to flash my rom to psyki4, great rom rom by the psyki,you did a really good job on it. But I do have a few issues that I could use some help with.

1. when I make a call my screen goes blank until I end the call then it comes back. Is there a way to fix this or at least use my key pad to press numbers when I need too.

2. Every time I set my ring to ring an vibrate, when I cut my phone to silent mode of cut it off I have to go and reset it to ring and vibrate again.

3. In music id it worked for a few days but now it's telling me that to continue using it I have to purchase it but when I click on purchase it takes me to a blank internet screen. Is there a way to purchase it or get it working. I am on the sprint network!

any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The Internet is no place for feelings, anyway I don't know if you've ever looked at EnergyROMs thread but there are guys over there just crying for a new ROM. Everyday in that thread there's someone wanting a new ROM. Heck NRGZ post a new ROM and they want another one its insane. I just don't want Psyki thread turning into that, that's all. I was easy you probably just read it like I was jumping down your throat. Read it slower. Like I said I like a new ROM as much as the next guy, as a matter of fact I love it but I need it to work too. Also there needs to be something to upgrade too, if there's nothing new then there's nothing to upgrade. If a new system leaks and it doesn't bring any new feature why bother?

I may have posted this before, but Aside from the fact that I love PSYKI's rom, for some reason I can not get the bluetooth explorer to work. It's rom specific because it works in Energy's rom. I've searched and can't find an appropriate working solution.

Any ideas?

When the internet sharing screen comes up the status remains "disconnected" and the "connect" button in the lower left folder is grayed out and cannot be selected. I have been looking around for a bit and cannot find a fix mentioned in here for the 2.1 Manilla. Is there any way to change the theme/text in the weather tab? Mine cuts off the 1 digit when its over 100 outside. Today it was 00 Degrees F where i live lol.

Found a bunch of other little bugs but was able to fix most of them. One thing I hated was the ezinput keyboard being the only one to use. I liked the normal basic one since you could also copy and paste with it with the ctrl c, ctrl v, command. (doesnt work with the hardware kb for some reason. Also Still an issue from past Psyki roms which might be a manilla thing might now, I cannot for the life of me select text in a text message. I hate it when I have people text me addresses to put into Bing for the GPS and have to remember parts of it as i swap back and fourth to get the full address entered. (Short term memory kinda sucks)

Either way I will still say that these roms are the only roms I have liked for the TP. When all is said in done and I have done some tweeking, these roms turn out to be good for a few months usually. The Psyki beta 4 started acting kinda crazy on me randomly changing the profile pics of my contacts with a different contacts (and would not update from the facebook account anymore without crashing, and it would do some other weird stuff like crash the browser (no matter what one) when just loading a page and such. It just seams like a time thing with these darn roms.

This one has already locked up on me a few times which almost got me in trouble today. (Locked up at 3 am last night when I went to bed and didnt know it and was relying on it for an alarm.) So i will tweek and test it a bit more and report back.

Sorry it took so long to reply.

Do a search and find your (dcd carrier cab)

Install it
Soft reset and then try again.
If that doesnt work then make sure you check your connections to make sure they are good.

And if none of that works you need to:

Reflash your stock ROM, Hard Reset, Reflash Psyki's ROM, Hard Reset, Let The ROM do it's thing, install Internet Sharing Fix, Install your (dcd Carrier cab), Soft Reset, and then try again.

I take no credit for this solution it is just what I have found searching that works. It may seem like a long process but it makes sure you don't have any left over files where they don't belong!!

Trust me this works.
It has to work for me.
It is the only internet I have at home..

yes i agree with you 100% i to will love a new rom every week but like you said it has to bring something to warrant the new rom and after all bugs are worked out and i do read slow anyway thank you for the fedback and back to subject ..
