well i took the default one and modified it instead of making my own this time, since things are a lot different theme wise in this new build. I will make my own and also include the classic blue.

its not a bug, the manila was made for gsm phones, you have to install the fix, and when i cooked that test rom, the fix wasnt out for the newest build of manila 2.1, you can download it here now
