Same thought I had and the only reason I opened the thread. I thought Cricket had dropped the TP and the regionals were entering a new ball game.

Then it is a Cricket rom, but not official. Having the official moniker in the rom name will only confuse people and isn't a good idea. Official should be reserved for carrier shipped roms only!
