yes here is the fix just copy the file the .mscr file to mydevice\program files\titanium weather

I was able to get this to work... kind of
I replaced the file in \Windows AND \Program Files\Titanium Weather
when I go to the settings and run the full update i still get the error message, but everything updates. I noticed that the autoupdate always unchecks itself, so I have to click to update, but at least it is working!!

i to had the same bug when changing the wallpaper that is why i went back to 21806 build it runs a lot better for me just my two cents

well what pic are you trying to change to cuz iam running blue dragon just fine right now. also iam working on the 21815 just not going to release to fast haha so there wont be to many bugs like the 21812
