Re: {5/3}Santino's Sprint Rom{21018} PP16

Actually, this is the sort of thing I look for in a ROM. I don't want or need custom graphics, sounds, animations, etc. I prefer a "stealth" ROM that won't tip anyone except an afficionado off to the fact that I'm running a custom ROM. I may be one of the few people who prefers the appearance of the Sprint TF3D.

What I do want is solid reliability, speed, battery life, and to get rid of as much cruft in the ROM as possible. Bugs tend to drive me right up the wall, which probably accounts for the fact that although I've tested nearly a dozen ROMs, I always end up going back to the stock Sprint ROM and restoring my latest backup before going to bed Sunday night - since I use the thing for work, it needs to work.

I'll be giving your ROM a try for certain.

Re: {5/3}Santino's Sprint Rom{21018} PP16

yeah you pretty much summed what i was trying to accomplish with this rom started off with just editing the stock ROM, and using that for awhile, then eventually upgraded the build, upgraded usefull OEM's

This is has been my experience as well. Although Psyki's 1.0 ROM was the best TF3D2 ROM out there - the battery life isn't good enough - but yet it is extremely fast and stable. His 2.0 has a long way to go, unfortunately. I'll definitely give this one a shot. I too like the look of the Sprint TF3D.

Re: {5/3}Santino's Sprint Rom{21018} PP16

yeah theirs always goning to be a few people out their with a wrong attitude about things runing it for the rest of us. Hopefully this thread can be an example to others who might feel a little hesitant to contributing to the community.

On another note the rom i posted early had bluetooth broken (i dont use blue tooth so i never realized it was broken) uploading Rom with bluetooth fixed, verfied and tested.
