Question Some issues I'm having with 21501 on my Sprint TP that I need help with

I've feel like I've been banging my head on a brick wall for 3 days now. I've definately made progress, but a couple things still ellude me.

The worst is this:
  • I click StartMenu, Settings, Connections, then any of the following links, but nothing happens aside from my "active" graphic changing.
    • USB to PC
    • HTC GPS Router
    • HTC GPS Tool
    • Wireless LAN (I also have Wi-Fi which seems odd, but it works)
    • Network Plugin
  • Same goes for the following links in Settings, Personal
    • SensorLock
    • Voice Command
    • Phone (this launches actually, but I couldn't get out initially. Finally a message came up and I found that all my "ring-..." ringers were being reported as "missing or corrupt" so I'm having to use alarm sounds as a ringer. Having this same problem on my Vogue with 21501)
  • Under Settings, System
    • Account Manager
    • Device Information
    • G-Sensor
    • Long Press End Key
I'm not even going to continue. You get the point. This isn't just a few items so I find it hard to believe it's one or two OEM conflicts unless it's at a very low, critical level in which case I wouldn't have a clue. On the other hand, if I build a very clean ROM, I can't say that I have these problems. I CAN build ROMs for my Vogue all day without ANY problems so I'm confident it's not an issue with my system (bad RAM or whatnot).

Anybody know of a likely cause? A better way to trouble shoot than rebuilding 20 times adding a few OEMs as I go (I've already spent a LOT of time doing just that in order just to get a BOOTABLE ROM).

Attached are the selections for my Herman.

Thanks in advance
