I didn't say ALL Sprint Tech's were morons. I have gotten a few decent ones. I just said he got bad info from a sprint tech, big surprise. That merely implies that it is nowhere near uncommon for that to happen. By your comment, you seem to agree.

There is no reason to get defensive, the song wasn't about you!
