question about SSK 1.7 kitchen and 6.5

so i have been using and loving the various flavors of the SSK kitchens and builds since the B2B rom came out. never had problems with how they ran, but i do always watch my availible memory as it slips down to 15megs or so. with a fresh restsrt it normally is 50% or so free. like i said not a issue but it bugs me.

the other day 1.7 was released along with the newish 21202 build of 6.5. i immediatly jumped on it and cooked a rom. first impression.... holey crap its fast. easily faster than my normal roms made from previous builds and kitchens. after a fresh restart i again have about 50% ram free, but it never drops as much as previous roms have. heck i have yet to have it go past 75% used. and this is with my verizon gimp phone.

has anyone else tried this and if so have you had similar results?

thanks for the kitchen and all the hard work scott. your efforts definately are appreciated.

You really should be posting in the SSK Thread...

anywho, You didn't have the taskmanager close on X, you were simply leaving all the applications open... Either that...

You have some application running that has a memory leak

I'd suggest using CleanRAM which you can download from this site somewhere. you won't need to reset if you run this app.
