i see it differnet on my phone.... idk i am too into reg editing.

no i left that out along with sdcerts and program icons. the rest i installed.

one of the three are causing the icons on the program list to not work. i am banking on its the program icons but i do not see a reason for the sdcert and new notifications to be installed. and i find the new notifications not worth it idk....

Im using JDs kitchen and I too put TF3D2 on my rom and I do have the new notifications on mine and its working fine.

also i use a custom look which is bbextreme 5.0 check it out works great with tf3d2

Try this is makes a difference. It adjusts the polling time. I was found to help alot with the battery drain in the diamond and pro. Just import it and see if it helps. I have not had any problems since I started doing this.

EDIT: File fixed. I use resco exploer and reg editor
