Scroll down and you should see a panel titled "Launcher". Highlight that and then tap the right soft key for setup. You won't see "Titanium Weather" after it is initially set up, it will always display weather info.

aaaahhhhhhh Thanks. didn't even realize that. guess i was too distracted with all the other features
