Is there a volume fix for the issue with the volume always going down when either soft reset or just being locked for abit. I use my TP as my alarm and I'm concerned that I won't hear it one day?

everything works, even gps in google maps. My new complaint is after bootup about 3 hours later or so, if im in lets say opera 9.5 on ppcgeeks.com and i switch from landscape to portorait it exits the opera and goes to the home page. Anyone else experiencing it?
