i have the uscc ppc 6800.... and had a BAD experience trying to flash a custom rom to it. what kind of features does this radio have and could it possibly work w/ unlocking the phone since it's uscc too?

DO NOT FLASH THIS ON A 6800 / MOGUL, this is for a touch pro

It worked on my Sprint after DCD carrier cab install untill I did PRI update, error 67 of course, then as you guess, will not accept unlock codes given by tech support. About to reflash again and see if it works. Things I noticed were, no roaming option, maybe tweak can fix, and US cellular start up theme. It was fast!

I wonder why 20769 instead of a newer build(?).

Actually 20769, is a very new system. It is one of the top builds that have hit officail release. all of the other builds are just beta builds. well i guess a few now are unofficial official,

20771, was a beta build by ATT Fuze, it will be officail in the new future. Another build that no one knows about. is 20778, THat is on a Japanese Touch pro, this is the latest rom that is actually out. So 8 Builds is actually a very new system.

the other thing to condsider, is that maybe they want to have the newer devices, touch pro 2 and diamond 2, to have the latest system, and not take some of those features away.

Interesting. The new Touch HD SYS is also 20769.

is the link to the uscc shipped rom broken. it says that the contributor that put out the rom dosent have any more resources left for anyone to download. does anyone have any alternate links to the rom. help will be appreciated thanks
