Hmm, i thought i did. I'll do a full backup, then format to fat32 and retest. Thanks for confirming that you got it working on an 8GB!

EDIT: My card was definitely formatted to fat 32. When i try to flash from SD, i see the bootloader screen, then a grey screen with blue lettering comes up and says "No Image File", then it goes back to bootloader.

Any ideas on whats wrong with this card?
