I'm running the same setup with Mobile 3.0 and I didn't notice the problem until I installed SPB Time. I'm doing a hard reset to see if that's the case. (Uninstall only is causing issues with some of my other software.)

Could it have something to do with another clock or time program being installed?

Its the program called SSMaHo...something about autorun cannot start. This is the program fix for TF3D Rhodium edition NOT recognizing DST. It maps the clock to g-alarm.

I had the same issue when I would run MS 3.0 on top of KK's 2.0 ROM. With TF3D disabled.

Think KK replied to this already and said he'd look into it...
