You may want to wipe your phone clean of pic mail and arcsoft before any reinstall. Calu's arcsoft cab that's included in this ROM works fine. If you have been installing and uninstalling other MMS cabs...I suggest you freshen up your registry before...I'll have to look for that cab that removes arcsoft and picmail...

yeah, i figured i was making a mess of the registry. i have the arcsoft/sprint pic msg uninstaller cab, but it fails when i try to run it.

i guess i gotta reload the rom? or is it feasible to look through the registry and delete applicable entries?
