As I stated, I have reflashed ( including redownloading ) and hard reset multiple times on both version 3 and 4, have the same issue on both.

This is when I usually hard reset and I have not had a hanging problem. It does take a while for the customization to run so I just leave it alone for a while and let it do it's thing.

Ok. There is no divx player installed in my ROM. Do you have UC or Sashimi setup to install cabs? It is getting installed by something else... Not to mention that if it was installed in my ROM it would be in a folder.

OK, now I am feeling semi foolish,

I didn't realize that I had a txt doc on the root of my SD card, apparently it was kicking off some extra installs after your config finished.. and explains why it was hanging for me as well, since it was trying to install google maps again, and was hanging because in the background someplace im sure it was telling me it had to uninstall before it could install, and I could not click ok....

I got the memory card from a buddy downstairs at work, and didn't realize it had any sdautorun files setup on it.

Good idea but no... The player we have been discussing in the last few posts is in beta and expired on 3/31. They haven't released an update.

Also, I have used a program called Shozu for geotracking in the past, and it also auto uploads....

At this point there is no functioning Footprints tab for TF3D. There is the one in the article for TF2D. Here the thread for the dev work for it at XDA:
