Have you guys tried changing settings in the Pictures & Videos app? Under Menu\Tools\Options\. Dont know if that would make any difference. I am not having this problem with Beta 3, but did notice it in Beta 2.
I will say this, if I have the G-Sensor switch in TF3D settings tab in the ON position, pictures take a few seconds to rotate. If its in the OFF position they rotate immediately. Kinda strange.
