Grease Stain on TP screen?

Ok I have no idea what this is. At first it wasn't bothering me but now it is. It looks like some type of grease or water stain on the center screen of my phone. You can clearly see it when you turn the phone off. I'm scared that everytime I use my phone it will spread around the screen. Is there a way to clean this off? I hope someone knows what I'm talking about.
