I agree with earlier posts about trying them out, but I've had great luck with MightyMike ROMs.

Please help I am lost trying over and over agin to install mightyrom 4.16. but it is not working. Please help. Can some one send me the links and directions on how they did it. I have the sprint touch pro. Email me Rome7099@aol.com Thanks in advance

Try GC's kitchen if you want to try to cook a rom. It is pretty user friendly or try RSTG's new Rhodium rom for the TP.

Rome, You should read the stickys. I believe there is one titled "How to flash your Touch Pro." Maybe start there, be sure to unlock first, and read that thread too.

As to which custom ROM to flash, I am currently using MM 4.15 and I think its great. Different strokes for different folks though. The best way to find what you like, start flashing away! You can always add any additional programs as you see fit. I have installed at least 15 additional cabs to MightyMike's ROM and my phone is running flawlessly.

Rome, I sent you an e-mail on a good place to start.
And the 2nd thread is a link to RSTG's latest rom. His roms work great on the TP with Sprint.

when i unzip the rom it says that ! C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\New Folder (2)\MightyROM4.16_032509R.rar: CRC failed in RUU\RUU_signed.nbh. The file is corrupt. yet it says this for every rom i have unzipped any answers? Thanks to all who have responded so far

Do you have winrar installed on your pc? If not you need it,google download winrar and that will be a start.

Like the previous post mentions, you need winrar to extract the ROM.
If you are using winRAR to extract, then there must be something like an antivirus program messing with you. If the latter is the case, turn off your antivirus before extracting.
