you have to go to \windows and delete a file ..one sec im looking for that file name .. this is the manila that does this known bug

mine doesnt do that but does yours require u to add start(manila) to the exclusive list or it will be a running program??

the problem is related to the manila its self and i know the file name because i deleated it before and if you reset it goes back again and you have to delete it..i think its int he all background thread on XDA ..looking now
