ok i flashed with the beta fine, waiting on the new one to download now
i re read the first post,do i just simply install the new ruu im download now? or i gotta install the certs and all that he's talking about in post 1? please advise

This rom is amazing. After a few tweaks everything works great. I am running manilla and it is running nicely. At first I could not log into facebook through manila but after reinstalling windows live it worked fine (I don't know what one has to do with the other but it worked for me.) The menu softkey did not work on the music tab so I installed the rodium d update and it works fine now. This is the best windows 6.5 rom that I have run so far.

I believe you need the supporting cabs. However, whenever I install the 5-HTC_Programs_Icons.cab, after a soft reset, I can no longer open explorer. I get the error "The file ':MSFEXPLORE ' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed..." Anyone have any ideas? I've hard reset twice, and I get to the same spot.

where are the supporting cabs located?

some please post the supporting cabs and what they do? are they for this rom only or 6.5 roms in general

Yeah I have same issue too, I take it we arent supposed to install 5-HTC_Programs_Icons.cab

You guys gotta go to xda and download the entire rhodium package. In it the cabs are numbered, just go to page 1 after u download and it tells u exactllly which ones to install

You need to download MANILA_CAB_PACKAGE WWE V1D (04/05/09) from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=493531. Unrar and go into the Complete Manilla Fix folder then to required and install
1-xbmod policy-reboot
2-sdkcerts
4-HTC New Contact Card
5-HTC_Programs_Icons
6-HTC Rhodium Album vga fixed

and dont forget the CDMA fix from the same page further down there will be a link.

But when I installed 5-HTC Programs Icons, file explorer and a bunch of otehr programs no longer worked. I'd stay away from that cab. Also, shouldn't we update the cab on the Rom from V1C to V1D? Cuz version V1D has fixes for:
-Internet tab fixed
-music tab fixed
-start menu fixed
-stocks tab fixed
-some menu fixed
-wallpaper fixed
-HTC photopicker fixed
-gsensor fix
and some others.
