how do you save a ROM once you make it in a downloaded kitchen?

So I have been playing with Scott Crosler's and Bored's kitchens for a couple weeks now. Im really liking what I make, but would like to know how to save the ROM rather than just checking the boxes and flashing instantly. One of the guys at work really likes how i have my Pro set up, but unless he drives out to my house (which is a 98 mile commute for me, and he lives an additional 60 miles the other way...) I dont see that happening. If i could just figure out how to save the ROMs like what everyone posts here, that would be great. Im sure its something simple that I am missing, but could some one help point me in the direction of the solution?

Thanks.

if you are reffering to uploading the same rom to your friend's tp, then all you have to do is just find the ruu_signed.nbh file (sometimes named different like in bored's kitchen if im not mistaken, in that case, search the entire kitchen folder for the .nbh file) and rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh and put it in a formated FAT32 sd card (less than 2GB) and put it in bootloader mode.

to put your tp in bootloader mode, just push the volume down button, the power button and the reset button, and release only the reset button untill you see the 3 colored screen, after you see that screen, just release all the buttons and follow the instructions on the screen! just do a search in the tp forums for flashing via sd card, i think its in the stickies on the top of the thread!

Oh, alomost forgot! your friends phone must be unlocked!

Re: how do you save a ROM once you make it in a downloaded kitchen?

in scott's kitchen, you will see \RUU\scrosler.nbh I would definitely not recommend naming raphimg.nbh until its on the target phone and ready to load. If you hard reset while its on your sd card's root, you will flash your phone on accident. And if you were wondering, yes there is a reason I know this...

Re: how do you save a ROM once you make it in a downloaded kitchen?

if you got into tools/ruu folder you will find the most recent ROM you made and like they said it's extension is .nbh.... everytime you cook a rom in my kitchen it deletes the old on so if you find that you really like what you just made go make a copy of it and move it out of the RUU folder and into possibly the main kitchen directory
