K I am gonna go ahead and flash his rom and try it out. But first I need to know if this is the same as with Drunks rom as in flashin via sd...do I just unzip and rename to raphimg.nbh?

TESTERS NEEDED!

We need testers of integra's rom and feedback. It was built off of drunks (from howard forums, who no longer has a touch pro and offers no support) using calkuns kitchen bassed off a Da_G visual kitchen (evruis) for a 6.5 rom. this kitchen will allow either integra or I to build roms for cricket. My cricket touch pro died, and I am not able to test the roms, but as a cricket user of aprox 9 years, i know how hard it is to get help. I may not have much to offer, but I have done lots of work for myself with the help of this group, and LOTS of trying getting nowhere before i was able to get my touch pro working on cricket. I have posted here in this group of my findings, and things change over time. Integra spent countless hours trying to figure things out for a current rom build, try it, report on it. The rom can only go as far as it is pushed.

psycho. i didn't download the rom. but i have the kitchen. If I were to bet, if you have never flashed a rom for cricket (like drunks) i would say flash first time thru activesync, or bootloader. Some things like pagepool need to be set to handle cricket. Once you have done this, then future flashings could be done by extracting .nbh file and naming it to RAPHIMG.nbh as it will not affect other settings. If you are unsure of settings, i have a cricket RUU that can be used with the .nbh file from integra. I can post in a.m. as I am using phone to post now.

Issues

I cooked the Manila SMS fix in but I still had an issue with it at times. Maybe reinstalling will work?

If you have problems with not being able to receive MMS, make sure there is no X-VzW-MDN or X-Alltel-MDN in the registry located in HKLM\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\WspHeader
There is a mortscript file that I made to remove these keys if they exist, but I'm not 100% sure it works.. haha

The end key is mapped to terminate the data connection, so if you have problems with your connection being timed out after 30mins, press and hold the end key til it vibrates/disconnects, and it should reconnect fine. Most people know about this anyway.

The Show weather at my location option under weather settings is disabled by default, since I could never get it to work for me. I need to look into it


Other stuff

I've included a Cricket 1042 PRL in the rom for when you need it, look for it in the My Documents folder

Integra78....you ROCK! I flashed your rom to my phone and so far tis rowdy! I really like how you have it set up...gonna take me awhile to get used to it though lol.
I can't send mms yet but it's late right now so will try messin with it again in the morning.
I like that you made the send limit 1000kbs...way better than the standard.
Still checkin out all the programs you included. Lots of good ones on here that I had to search all over for before flashing this rom.
You need to spread the news bout this and see if you can get more people to give it a try!

Oh btw...I did install this by extracting the nbh file and renaming it to raphimg.nbh and dropped it onto my sd card to flash this rom. Worked great!
Also thanks to jpwhre for givin silly sissy lala me a call to see if it went ok...yeah yeah I was chicken to try something new ok? lol!

POO! Still no MMS and I have checked and rechecked the darn settings...installed a cricket cab that has the settings all done for you (Thanks jpwhre!! his cab) and still can't get it.
I really want this rom to work!
Anyone else out there who wants to give it a go and see if they can figure out whats up or if it is just lil ol me who is doin something wrong?
Seriously it has to be something simple but I am just not seeing it

EDIT: Just checked the registry again and the string X-VzW-MDN is still there in the registry. Deleted it but still no go...


(and yes I know some people don't like usin smilies but they are in place of me talkin like a sailor lol)

quick update...as per jpwhres suggestion I hard reset my phone twice let the phone boot up the second time and so far I have wap sms and mms. opened ie and still have mms! dunno why it didn't work the first time but it is now.

Ha! Good idea jp! Yup got it up and running with mms and all! yay!
Now to work on the resizing issue that lovely cricket has started doing!
