Putting a picture on Today Screen and such...

I can't seem to figure out how to put a dang picture on the Today screen or any other screen. Can someone break it down again for me? Thanks so much!

slide over to settings click the wallpaper tab choose said wallpaper and enjoy

If you are not using Touchflo 3d go to: start>settings>today>use this picture as today background> then browse device for the desired image
