Help. My Pro won't flash

Hello, gang.

I'm desperate for help. Just got my Replacement Pro from Sprint, but it will not flash.
It gets to the screen where shows you how many percent completed, stays at 0% for 3-4 mins, and then gives an error message that an error had accrued.

Any Ideas?
