Re: March 25 2009 Yay 4 Juggs Custom Clean rom 8.0 os sys 21109 32MB...

A couple of quick questions! Can I change the clock, I have another clock I was already using but when I tried to install it on the new rom it was a no go! Also (this is a big problem for me) .NET Compact Framework 3.5 will not install on the new rom.....PERIOD! it always says something about opening up space or something like that! I even tried to install it from my PC & still nothing! Any help on this please?!

I used the ROM for about 5 days without loading anything at all onto it, and the battery life was poor, i replaced my battery, no dice. I like the ROM so much i decided i will deal with it, its not to big of a deal, i'm always near a charger, but i just thought i would see if anyone else was having any issues. I did load cleanRAM and everytime i run it TF restarts, i haven't had that happen on any other ROM before... not to big of a deal either, just different. I'm def sticking with this ROM though, I have tried all the others and am sticking with this one, love it!

Re: March 25 2009 Yay 4 Juggs Custom Clean rom 8.0 os sys 21109 32MB...

I've just flashed this rom last night and I'm experiencing the same battery life issue. it's terrible. i fully charged it overnight then after unplugging the phone I literally am watching the battery meter drop from 100% to 93% within 1 minute. Then I made a call for 30 seconds and afterwards it drop to 91%. I'm still checking to see if the battery is actually draining this quickly or if it's just a bug with the meter not accurately displaying the battery power. if it dies at 5%-1% like it usually does then it's really is draining this fast. So far it's been an hour and a half since i last check and it's at 85%

That's the 1% Driver which is extremely inaccurate from 90-100%

That's just the way it works right now.

I know that the meter isn't that accurate because I use it too, but I'm not just talking about 90%-100%, I'm talking the entire day and going from unplugging it from an all night charge, to making roughly 45 mins worth of maybe 4 or 5 calls, and minimal texting, only updates my email once a day, check weather maybe 2 or 3 times a day, and no web usage, and the battery is down to 23% from 9 am - 6 pm. I wouldn't think it should drain this fast. Mightmike, any other input?

If that's the case then yeah that's pretty bad drain.

Keep in mind a new notables. Usually off the first flash battery life is horrendous.

If it's days after the flash then i'm not sure what to tell you.
