Here is the OEM and cab. No matter which rom this is used in there will be conflicts/dead links. These packages contain all icons that are included in the dll file. So use total commander to delete/move shortcuts to your liking.

EDIT: The cab is screwed for some reason. The OEM pack is still good. Keeps giving me installation was unsuccessful with the cab. But if you want to do it manually copy all the shortcuts to where you want them and copy the dll to the windows directory.

My ppc keeps resetting to standard time, night dayilight savings...any idea how to fix it?

I am not sure this is an issue with the ROM. My wife has a Diamond with the Official Sprint ROM and hers does that. I just went into the setting of the phone and unchecked sync with network for the time settings.

I flashed my phone and everything is working great. The only issues are with contacts.

This is an issue with Manila and is being worked on by Xboxmod and his team at XDA. I just got the rom up to 21028 SYS/XIP thanks to SSK, and his REALLY nice kitchen. Thanks man . Im thinking about switching to his kitchen...
EDIT: 21028 and all other systems are just not as fast as 21014... Im sticking with 21014 for the time being
