are you selecting the carrier at the bottom of the buildos page? there is a dll in the verizon carrier folder that must be included for verizon devices to boot

dumb question but i have to ask

Thanks. I will be happy to try it out. I did click on Verizon, but don't feel bad asking. Of course you have to.

just seen something that may be an issue that i hadnt realised until now.... when making selections dont select enlarge start menu and see what happens.... 6.5 has its own start menu and the dll from the enlarge feature may be hangin up the OS

Bored,
I am on VZW and having no issue. I did select Enlarge Start Menu, don't ask me why. But it is booting fine.

Running the Verizon Specific Rom and it is solid. Added regular Manila and still running smooth and not too high on memory. Thanks.

Have an interesting issue, which is more just an annoyance. I experienced it both in 5.0.2.B, and 5.0.3.B.

Sometimes, which seems like it is random, the top and bottom curtains that appear while in the SMS Messaging window, just appear on their own while on the main screen.

If I go back into SMS messaging and back out, they disappear.

I notice it because they are physically different colors, and no longer transparent on the main menu, and the functions on the bottom curtain (left and right side) or no longer visible/accessible.

I actually just had an idea of just hitting the home button next time I see it and see if that fixes it as well. I'll keep you informed.

If I'm not making sense, I can try and provide a screenshot of it. I know I'm using the term curtain differently than what would have been used in Manila, maybe taskbars? I dunno what'd they'd be called.

EDIT: Yes, hitting the home button fixes it as well. It will be just sitting on the home screen, go to sleep while I'm doing other stuff. When I wake it up, those "curtains" or "taskbars" for messaging are now up and cover the normal home screen data. It's like it is in the messaging app, but you still see the today screen.
