Guys/Girls,

I have an update coming but I don't work to much on this over the weekends because I'd prefer to spend the time with my children. I might be able to push one out tonight sometime. Hopefully I can resolve some of the issues with this update as well as free some RAM.

Side Note:

I don't ask for donations and I never will. I do however leave a link for that if someone chooses to. There were two that come in yesterday which are the first since my gps fix thread and I have to say that it is greatly appreciated. I found out Thursday that me and 114 other people wont have a job after this coming week. So I do truely appreciate your generosity.

Been using SR 8.5 since yesterday. Its fast, has a lot of programs included and is good on ram. Ran the Bored rom up till the TP2 roms. I prefer the reliability and am willing to wait.

I agree to a certain degree , we are WAY better off to keep the ROM slim because it consumes the RAM , which is precious to us Verizon users , and add whatever you want later so it consumes ROM memory. At the same time I do like to see some little niceties that differentiate the various chefs ROMs. Theres nothing more discouraging to flash a new rom and see its no different that what you already had , IMO.

I know you dont ask for donations , its proper to not ask. BUT I am appalled that people are not donating to your kitchens/ROMs let alone your GPS fix. Everybody bltches and moans about the GPS , FOR YEARS NOW , and then some saint comes along and fixes it and the community doesnt see value in that??? I dont get it. I know your are saving me hundred + dollars a year let alone the added functionality of being able to use the GPS with many MANY other apps.

i do it for fun not money... if someone dont donate it really doesnt bother me but those who do I really appreciate it.... money is tight for alot of us and even a few dollars is hard to come by now and then... i dont want anyone to feel they have to because they dont and I will not hold it against anyone whats so ever....up until yesterday I havent received any for my roms but yet I still produce them... that should show you my stand on the whole topic :)

what kind of rom would you prefer... i can make one wihtout tp2 tf3d and just make one to you liking on the newer base.... give me some ideas guys... these roms arent for me they are for you... as most of you know i run clean roms with very little in them but i dont expect you guys to follow my preference... jsut let me know I really dont mind aslong as pissy attitudes stay out of it.

Right now i'm using JD's 6.5 ROM running Titanium which is surprisingly smooth for a beta. If you're taking suggestions on ROMS I would recommend that one but i'm sure I will be in the minority ;)

i have a 6.5 kitchen I've been working on. I decided to make all of the 6.5 enhancements optional. Maybe one day soon I'll release it.
