Build 21000?

I saw this yesterday and I was eager to install both the HTC Menu Enhancement and the new HTC Notification Manager .CAB's that were extracted from the Touch Pro2 ROM.. But then I noticed that the build has to be 21000 or higher... And the build for the stock ROM on my Sprint device is 19965...

So I need to either flash to a cooked ROM or wait for a ROM update from Sprint?

I was able to get the new Large Title bar to work on build 21018 but the new Finger Menu would not work. I'm going to try a few more 21xxx builds to see which ones will work.

But how do we upgrade from Build 19965.1.2.3 to something 21000+??
How do other people already have that build on there TPs or did they use a custom ROM? Or Windows Update?

You can either use a pre-cooked ROM that someone here has done, or cook one yourself.... Windows update on our phones doesn't do anything.
