Epst HELP!!!!

I tried the speedtest.net today and it shows me somewhere on the middle of Northe America I'm at the east coast how do I fix that is there is a Fix...

In Canada with bell btw...

Im on the east coast and it puts me in...i dont know i forget its in my sig tho...i dont think there is a fix but speeds should be somewhat accuarate reguardless...

Yea i chose NC and im in VA and it says im 950 mi away!!
