Usually changing the active profile from 0 to 1 takes care data provisioning 67 or 1012 problems - use ##3282#, enter the MSL and edit the Active Profile.

Not if you are using Verizon my amigo.
Your best bet is to call Verizon's tech support, but you may not get anywhere since you are using a Sprint TP. I just know that 67 is a Sprint Vision error, not a verizon error (for Sprint it means invalid username/password, in which case all the troubleshooting given to you thus far would help yoU)
