MightyROM Internet Problem PLZ HELP

Ok i download the MightyROM and i called sprint to help me out they said i had to go to setting and update PRL or profile but the MightyROM doesnt have that option in it so i stopped after 10 attempts

I also went to MSL and change the active user from 0 to 1 Nothing

I actually get it to connect when its @ 0 but i cant go online it just stops at Locating and eventually saids The Page Cannot be Found Check the name and try again on all the webpages even Home

When i click the taskbar icon it said DATA is connected and thats when i change the active user to 0 but i searched and it said it should be able to work when you change it to 1 but it doesnt even connect when i do that

I also just activated the plan about 17 hours ago they said to wait 4-6 hours
