MERDIN’s Windows Mobile Pro/lite v3.8

This Rom is Loaded And FAST, With improved battery life from the stock version for SPRINT

This ROM is made pretty stable, and is in no way going to screw up your phone unless you screw up your flashing.

IMPORTANT: please read the installation instructions included with the ROM before you start flashing, as this ROM has a little different start up then others. PLEASE LET ALL THE CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN THROUGH THEN THE PHONE SHOULD RESET BY ITSELF.

Give it a try, i dont know why it would not work, although it is possible you might have to configure your internet settings again like you did before converting it to verizon.

this rom should work for verizon devices, not 100% sure about verizinified sprint devices.

you have to setup the password before you start using it, just go into settings on the program and set a pass.

alright quick question. i cant access epst though the dialer or get it to launch from the windows folder. when i plug ##778# into dialer, epst flashs on screen then goes right back to dialer. likewise when i try to launch from windows folder. i saw in a titan forum where a carrier cab fixed this issue with a 6800. any suggestions?

Seems that my carrier folder is messed up, try and find a carrier cab for which carrier, your using, and install it, its a problem in the mxip files.

installed dcd alltel carrier cab for titan and can access epst again. didnt quite know whether the solution for the titan would be the same for the raph. ty

yea it would pretty much work, i already fixed it in my kitchen, its not a big issue, whoever wants to use espt cab just install a carrier cab.

I have had success with almost every rom here using my sprint tp on verizon. Only problem i have encountered it ics, which has worked well with the previous versions of this rom. Woont know till tomarrow if it still works with this one. Just make sure to install the carrier cab and arcsoft mms...

First of all i would like to Thank Merdin for this awesome rom!! I am new to posting so ill keep it short. I have been messing with the rom for awhile now, there has been one little issue that i have noticed. Not sure if its me or the rom, but when i am using it, it will switch to landscape mode out of nowhere and i have to shake it a bit to get it back to regular. Other then that so far so good :) LOVE THE ROM :)

first of all, love the rom, but when i download anything from the internet, my only option is internal memory. but i can use the storage card from file explorer or total commander.

So far, so good. Opera browser moving fastest I have seen it move and I can drag page while I post so I can see what I'm typing.
I had that problem with other roms&versions.
Just came off Silence 21018 rom so I can note any differences.

Screen senses unit rotation faster and in more programs.

Everything looking great so far!

Careful.....I'm pretty sure this ROM is only for the Touch "Pro". If you have just the plain Touch, it may ruin your phone if you flash it.

Yeah, I tried flashing it and the a-GPS doesn't work. I think it requires some Verizon drivers in the ROM. Hmm...

Have you had any success getting aGPS to work running Meridin's ROM on a Verizonized Sprint Touch Pro? I can get GPS to work fine, but so far, the only two ROM's I can get to be successful with aGPS are GC's and Drisilldee's.
