I just got a 2GB card from Radio Shack for $7.99 (I had sent the other one back to HTC with my 1st TP by mistake after re-flashing my stock ROM.) Or you can try a previous suggestion and try to install from your computer with the phone already in bootloader mode by running the RUU. I always flash from my card though....

EDIT: Don't forget to format the card to FAT32 from your computer.
