AVG is bad with 'false positives'...it thinks something looks similar enough to a virus that it just labels it as such.
I am using NOD32 4.0 and the files are clean as whistle. NOD has been very good to me, and I highly recommend it...VERY small CPU and memory footprint and the most effective AV along with Kaspersky, which is twice as expensive and bloated.
If you gotta stick with free though, I would recommend Avast! over AVG.
