Just wondering, what is the difference between the 1st, "Sprint Stock Rom" and the second "Shipped Version Sprint Rom"?

I will be returning my phone back to Sprint sooner or later too. (Dropped it, want a new 1 :P) Which should I download to do this? (I was told all I had to do was flash back to the sprint rom and ill be fine)
