i cant recalibrate the screen because when ever i press the screen it hits the right softkey no matter what program is open

updated version is posted try that see if it still does it. Also when it boots does it ask to calibrate the screen or does it skip that?

it never asked me to calibrate, but if i remember correctly it asked me after it reset when it finished customizing

im downloading the updated version right now ill let you know how it goes
update: okay so i flashed the 1.5.1 and i never saw the align screen show up but the good news is it customized fine! no errors at all ill keep you updated would it be easier if i pmed you if i find any problems? Last edited by bikeandestroyx; 03-04-2009 at 03:05 AM.

sorry to keep posting but i cant align the screen in v1.5.1 so i have the same error as before, when i press on the screen it always hits the right softkey =(

lol yes i am ttoo having same problem..?? was it a bad file?? i installed 1.4 and it wrks.. but not 1.5 redownloading to see if 1.5 file was bad..dload it oast night on my phone to load rom today
 i like the point ui.. i am a first time user and yes i am a flashaholic... LOL hopefully redload of 1.5 will work.. my 1.4 doesnt have the clokc like in the screenie.. forgive my noobness question i am not familiar with the point ui and it interface...learning as i go and read through the pointui forums as well keep up the good work silent joker and will keep eye on thread for newer realeases.. i really like it.. and wanna learn to use it corectly for now il go back to my regular custom rom

the align screen problem is probably due to the fact i pre aligned the screens i will have to remove this part and update for you. It never skips the screen alignment on my phone even if i have the code must be because my phone sux lol. Ill fix it and try and shoot the update out tonight here.
Your phone should look like the screen when the phone boots it will prolly load the mms screen first. Just finger swipe left or right and that switches applets currently loaded. It hsould load the clock, sms, pics. I think. If you guys want try the alltel rom it hsouldnt have the code for screen aligned pre flash. Let me know if it still does it. thanks.
