Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090618 (21815.5.0.50) [UC]

How can I get the custom US cities on this ROM? I tried dropping the 2330fc3c_manil file in the windows directory and that gives me the cities but when it tries to update I get a connection error. Is there another way to get custom cities on Rhodium?

Personally, I like it. Not that you need to hear it anymore Juicy, but I've been playing with the rom all day and I love it. So fast, so smooth and oh so Juicy! As always, thanks!

It obviously doesnt mess up usability at all, it just one of those visual inconsistencies that bothers me. The ROM is so perfect otherwise that it just strikes a nerve when I see all those colors on the screen.

Re: [ ROM ] [ KITCHEN ] JUICY 8 - Build 090618 (21815.5.0.50) [UC]

I still am getting weirdness with my phcanOverbmp.dll - looks like I will have to re-create it.

I can't get it to copy via .cab installation either, it causes the install to fail. Suggestions here?

If I copy my modified phcanOverbmp.dll to the \Windows folder manually and overwrite, my speaker icons work properly (they are contained within, the HTCVolumeControl.dll ones do not seem to load), but my battery icons do not load - I get the windows default.

Then, if I reinstall the .cab for FInixNOver's battery icons only, it just changes a couple of keys in the registry (I install this .cab before copying my phcanOverbmp.dll), then copies phcanoverbmp.dll, but the battery icons work again - but the speaker icons go back to default.

It didn't do this in previous builds, so am I just missing something? And again, a suggestion for getting these to install via .cab file?

Here I thought it was just me. I've had to go through my calendar and delete all of the duplicates that it created that were all one hour behind.

But if this is the only real bug (other than the grey background visual) I think we got very lucky with the release of this rom considering just how many changes were made.

Thanks again Juicy.

PS. Viigo works !! I know I mentioned this in a post above, but I'm really happy about this.
