in case you missed it, as this is really important... push internet uses up alot of RAM (although makes Opera much quicker). so if you are paranoid about ram, you may want to disable it.

My custom mp3 ringers have been working just fine. They are = or < 500k which seems to help overall speed.
All I do is have SASHIMI copy them to a folder called:

\My Documents\My Ringtones

And they show up in both Manilla and Souns&Notifactions lists.

yes and no.

on previous roms i had setup an opera pre-loader.

there is no opera preloader anymore, because if you have pushinternet set to "on" this in fact preloads opera.

turn it off (and reset), and it wont run in the background
