No big deal here, you just need to set your area code (or turn off automatic prepend). To set your area code, hit start, contacts. Or go to the people tab and tap all contacts... hit menu, options, then right there you will see an empty box for your area code.

AUtomatic prepend can be turned off in the phone app settings if you choose to do that, but setting the area code is a better choice

anyone have trouble while texting in landscape(keyboard out) the screen will just automatically switch back to portrait and to get it back to landscape you have close the keyboard back then slide it back out. Any fix for that? thanks

Installed this rom a few days ago, all seemed to be working fine. Sent a text message to a friend and the phone sends out about 50+ copies of the text to the recipient! Any ideas as to what is causing this?

Did you do a hard reset after you flashed the new ROM?

I've read through the thread here and I can't find my answer. I just finished updated to this rom via SD card option. When the device finished with Windows Mobile I see a green today screen with HTC on it. The rom looks nothing like when I see on the first page. Did I miss a step somewhere? I would post screen shots but I don't know how to capture them from the device.

Edit: I would also like to ask about text messaging. When trying to open new or reply to text messages, it takes 7 minutes for the message to open.

Sounds like you either didn't do a hard reset, or you didn't let customizations run.

Possibly both.

pretty sure I did, I know I had some trouble with the green screen staying on, had to do the 30sec battery trick twice to get it to load.

I searched the thread for this issue but I didn't see anything about it. My problem that I'm having is that when I take a picture, it snaps the picture, opens the still pic where I have the option to delete/send/go back, but then when it goes to save the pic and go back to the camera it comes up with the "thinking" windows circle in the middle and stays like that. I can let it sit for about 5 minutes with nothing happening. When I click home it goes to the home page and everything is normal but the picture has not been saved. Also, the camera app will no longer load up. I have to soft reset to get it to come back up and then I get the same problem every time I try taking a pic again. I am running the most recent build of Juicy6
