k i am out of this one gets frozen every other call that cover that comes up on the screen to cover the button is even more annoying unless these two things are taken care of this one is done

Damn, that landscape UI mod someone posted from xda-developers slowed down my TP2 somethin fierce. I uninstalled all the stuff that goes with it and the phone is back to its snappy self under Juicy 8

wtf this rom officially doesnt work anymore. the beta test expired smh

Yea, I'm quite sad this is the case. I was hoping to see a new release of Juicy's rom before the deadline hit, but my phone is now dead in my hand and I really have no other choice but to rollback to the previous build if I can find it. I prefer the new positions of the OK and close buttons, but I suppose I can deal. I've looked into some other roms like Raidzero's kitchen and all, but few seem to be stable and up to date enough. Any recommendations before I roll back?

edit: Well crap I can't find a good mirror for juicy 8 090830. Guess I really don't have any choice at all. Here's hoping that I like whatever raidzero has cooked up.

Okay, so any advice on how to get ActiveSync/Mobile Device Center to see that the phone is connected after the ROM has expired? How can I flash this to another rom? Anybody?

EDIT: Okay so I managed to flash using the SD Card method after I reformatted the Card.

I really didn't want to switch from Juicy, since I've always liked his ROMs. This one was unusable for me though, mainly due to the freezing.

I didn't think EnergyROM would be my style, but I am using it now and it is working great. I am using the older Windows build (21877?) w/ Manilla 2.1 and it doesn't seem to have any major issues. I prefer the newer builds w/ the start button at the bottom and other button / UI enhancements, but some things don't seem to be placed correctly with them (dialer buttons in particular).

If Juicy is moving on, hopefully he can leave us with one last fully working ROM before he goes.

this concludes the beta test of this software release and it is stuck on this screen i can't do anything my phone seems to be bricked as i am not able to perfor activesync to install other roms it does not left hard reset the phone soft reset won't take the error away this is ridiclous stay away

mine still works just fine. not sure wth is going on with some of your installs..
