Where can I get DeviceAutoLock? I did a search on ppcgeeks but only this thread popped up.

Well it's not perfect, either... this latest build seems to have TF3D pop up over top of the WM 6.5 lock screen. If you put the phone in standby and wake it up again right away, the lock screen will be on top for a few seconds and you can unlock it... it acts weird otherwise. With these issues, I'm just using no lock screen and being careful... nothing seems to work properly, lately.

Anyway, the thread is here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505032

and a direct download link here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...6&d=1244279955

After installed, it will be under Start -> Settings -> System -> Smart Lock
You'll want to check new 6.5 lock and "Suspend lock"

It worked better in past builds, I guess... but even the 6.5 lock screen itself isn't perfect - freezes on new SMS sometimes. All that this program does is activate the default 6.5 lock screen under certain conditions, so any problems with the lock screen past that, the developer can't do anything about... which is unfortunate, he's done good work with it.

There was a similar 6.5 lock problem in the second to last Juicy 7 build and it was fixed with the last 7 so maybe Juicy knows a fix

I am using the latest juicy 8 rom. I noticed that the options for the Rhodium ezinput sip keyboard do not work. Therefore theres no way to change the settings. Can we get this working Juicy? I'm using your Juicy 8, 6.5 rom and I am convinced it's by far the best! Great work!

Juicy, I'm sure you are aware but is there anything that can be done with the Rhodium notifications in the TF3D2 SMS screen? ruskiyab posted about it in post # 5956 I believe. It is definitely rhodium related.

Run XT9Settings.exe from windows folder... same thing. You can even make a Star menu short cut for it if you want.

Folks, I have a Sprint Touch Pro and installed the Juicy ROM 8 yesterday. I sync my contacts with outlook and all my phone numbers have a +1 in front of them. Dialing these numbers in the stock ROM worked fine but with the Juicy ROM I get a message from sprint - the number or code you have dialed is incorrect. I believe the phone is now appending a 1 to any phone number (even if it has a +1 in front of it). Any way to change the behaviour to only add 1 if the number does not start with +1?

Yes... Go to phone screen then press the lower right menu soft key and select options. From there you should see the tab called "services" with all the global settings. The one you want is called "automatic prepend".

XT9Settings is not the same as the touch input settings. There is, however, an exe in the \Windows folder for it but it doesn't run (gives an error message) You can change the settings in the registry though under HKLM\Software\HTC\ezsip, thats where i had to go to turn off the vibrating feedback for the keyboard and turn on the clicking sound instead.

Here's another SIP question though... Any way to get the Compact qwerty and phone keypad to work properly, I can get them to open but all they type is numbers almost like there no correct IME for them

No. No. No. No. No. No.

WM 6.5 does not have an arrow set for "inactive data session."

When a data session is started, you get white arrows. It stays that way whether information is being transmitted or not.

Opera staying active is part of the Push Internet Engine... it's a hassle to kill it. You need to install a cab, remove a registry entry, and stop a service... Then Opera won't -start- with WM, but will still load just fine on demand. After that, you will need to terminate it to close it again - Real hassle when I'm using WKTask and Opera is on the task bar all of the time.

Links and steps please! The background Opera9.exe process is causing some problems to some of my apps, and I cannot kill the process. I also cannot stop the "Push Internet" service; dotFred's Task Manager fails at stopping it.

Sweet, I figured it out. There's more than one registry entry to kill the Push Internet service, and you can't stop the process manually via dotFred's Task Manager - Services tab (even if it says it's Off under the Internet->Data Settings->Push Internet line, the service remains running).

Anyways, I threw together a quick cab (uninstallable) for this. You'll have to reboot after installing the cab. Upon reboot, Opera9.exe should still be running, but instead of the 2.5MB it took up before, it'll only take up ~5kb now. It's also fully killable, so once you end the process with dotFred's Task Manager, it'll be gone.

[Note: This was actually the cause of my TTS engine on iGO8 to not work. After I managed to kill off the Opera9.exe process, my TTS engine works again]

Edit: modified the cab to remove the 5kb Opera9.exe Autostart Bootlauncher process too, as even that 5kb process killed my TTS...oddly.
