flashing my device- cant unlock

Following the instruction to a T found here but I keep getting a Error 202- connection. Basically that the device is not connected right to my PC. Now I have uninstalled and reinstalled active sync, I even did a hard reset of the phone thinking maybe I had some funky settings. What gives?

Re: flashing my device- cant unlock

Could be the USB port on your PC, the USB port on your device, or your cable. This is why I'm a huge proponent of flashing from the SD card

Tried on two different PC's with two different cables. I flashed my phone from my pc (working on my bros). So it has to be the phone, thats why i did a hard reset.

I checked under the settings and it is set to USB.

What next, how do I flash from the SD card? (edit I see the direction on how to flash from sd but how do I unlock via SD)

Re: flashing my device- cant unlock

flash from your card, place RUU_Signed.nbh on the root of your card and rename to RAPHIMG.nbh then hold Vol Down + Power and while holding press the reset button on the bottom of your Touch Pro. You may have to hold for a few seconds until you get a prompt to press the Vol Up or Power Button can't remember which one.

Re: flashing my device- cant unlock

no, that is to flash. Have you disabled "enable advanced functionality" under start>setting>connections>USB to PC
